If there are quality problems such as damage after receiving the contacts, you can contact customer service by sending an email to info@aprileye.com to apply for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

1.Please contact our customer service at help@aprileye.com or +8613267735319 within 7days after receiving the package.

2.Provide your detailed order information including contact info, tracking number, receipt and reasons for return.

3.Please contact the customer to confirm the return address and send back the items within 7 days.

4.Upon receiving, we would check returned items' condition. If their condition meets above requirements, we would refund within 10 business days.

5.Original shipping cost and possible customs duty & tariff associated with the order are not refundable. lt is the customers' responsibility to cover return shipping cost.

Fix the upper and lower eyelids with one hand, gently place the lens in the middle of the black eyeball. Close the eye, the lens will move to the middle of the eyeball, and gently massage the eyelid with the pulp of the finger.

  • After purchasing the Polar Lights Grey colored contacts and absolutely loving them, I decided to order the Polar Lights Blue-Grey. These colored contacts are definitely a lot brighter than the more subtle Polar Lights Grey. If you have brown eyes and tan skin, I recommend getting the Polar Lights Blue-Grey if you want your eyes to contrast your skin!

  • These are the 6th pair of lenses I own & by far my favorite! With brown eyes, I was concerned the color would not be true and appear more Cosplay than natural. NOT the case. They do not drift around in the eye (when that happens you get a googly eye appearance and nobody likes that) they fit well, stay in place, and blend well with brown eyes! Highly recommend to ALL!!

The worst part was the wait for shipping, but that's just because I'm spoiled by 1 to 2 day shipping normally and I was so excited to get these that is was so difficult to wait!!   • These lenses look so cute! I'd give them a five but unless you're in a really well lit area they can make it really difficult to see— but they do allow you to make out shapes and some minor details so they're pretty easy to navigate in overall, just make sure you're not doing anything super involved. My natural eye color is blue.
